Welcome to Herman Hackit Sports. This website, hackitsports.com, is operated by Travis Hallin, doing business as Herman Hackit Sports, based in California, USA. Throughout these terms, "we," "us" and "our" refer to Herman Hackit Sports. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Using Our Site

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian to use the site. You agree not to use the site or our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and not to interfere with the site, its security or other users.

We may refuse service to anyone, for any lawful reason, at any time.

2. Novelty and Humor Designs

Some of our designs include cannabis-themed or other joke imagery. These designs are novelty apparel and humor only. Herman Hackit Sports sells clothing and golf accessories. Nothing on this site sells, supplies or promotes any illegal products or activities.

3. Products and Pricing

We do our best to show our products, colors and details accurately. Colors can look different on different screens, and because our gear is made to order, small variations in print placement and color can happen. Sizing information is in our Size Guide.

Prices and product availability can change without notice. We may change or discontinue a product at any time. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information because of a mistake, we may correct it and cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If your order is cancelled, we'll let you know and refund any amount charged.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent or are placed by resellers. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you. You agree to give us current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, including your email and shipping address.

Shipping, refunds, returns and cancellations are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our e-commerce platform and its payment providers. We don't store your full card details. You agree that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide, and that you'll pay all charges at the prices in effect when you place your order, including shipping and any applicable taxes.

6. Intellectual Property

The Herman Hackit character, the Herman Hackit Sports name and logo, and all designs, artwork, graphics, text and images on this site belong to Herman Hackit Sports and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use them without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the right to own and wear that item, not the right to reproduce its design.

7. Your Comments and Content

If you send us comments, ideas, reviews, photos or other content, you give us permission to use, edit, publish and share that content in any medium, without payment to you. You're responsible for anything you send us, and you agree it won't be unlawful, offensive, infringing or misleading. We may remove any content we find objectionable, but we have no obligation to review it.

Our site may link to or use third-party services, such as payment processors, shipping carriers and social media. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties.

9. Disclaimers

We don't guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free or secure. And sadly, we don't guarantee that our gear will improve your golf game.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Herman Hackit Sports and its owner, partners and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Some places don't allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

You agree to hold Herman Hackit Sports harmless from any claims, losses or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of others.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest will stay in effect.
