Who is Herman Hackit?
Herman is our mascot and spiritual leader: just your average golf hack trying to hack it out of the weeds. If you've ever spent more time looking for your ball than hitting it, you and Herman are going to get along great. Read his story.
How is my gear made?
Every Herman item is made to order. When you place an order, your gear is printed or embroidered just for you and then shipped out. That's less waste for the planet and fresher gear for you.
How long will my order take?
Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Since everything is made just for you, give Herman a little time to get it right (no one ever got mad the package came early). We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
How do your sizes run?
Our all-over-print polos (Hack Pack, Clubhouse Color-Block, Snowed In, Merry Hackmas, Blazed Fairways and Hazy Back Nine) have a slim fit that runs small, so size up one. Our tees, hoodies and quarter-zips fit true to size per the manufacturer's size charts, and the Scorecard and Back-Hit polos have a relaxed fit that runs a little large. Check our Size Guide for chest, length and sleeve measurements for every style. If you're planning to wear a layer underneath on those frosty early tee times, size up.
Can I return or exchange something?
Our custom Herman gear (polos, hats, tees, hoodies and quarter-zips) is made to order just for you, so we can't take returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. Please check our Size Guide before you order.
If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Email contact@hackitsports.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or a refund.
Unused golf accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first before sending anything back; return shipping is on you.

Will this gear lower my handicap?
Absolutely not. But you'll look great while you add strokes, and that's worth something.
Do you sell actual golf equipment?
Yep! Golf accessories are in the shop now: divot tools, ball markers, groove brushes, towels, gloves and a pocket ball retriever (Herman needs that one the most). Check out our Golf Accessories.
What's up with the leaves in the logo?
That's "the weeds," Herman's natural habitat. Make of it what you will. 😉
