Refund Policy

Herman wants you happy on and off the course. Here's how returns, replacements and refunds work at Herman Hackit Sports.

Custom Herman Gear (Made to Order)

Our polos, hats, tees, hoodies and quarter-zips are printed or made to order just for you. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind.

Not sure about your size? Check our Size Guide before you order. Heads-up: our all-over-print polos run small, so we recommend sizing up one.

Damaged, Misprinted, Defective or Wrong Items

If anything you ordered arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Here's what to do:

Email us at contact@hackitsports.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo showing the problem.
Once we confirm the issue, we'll send you a free replacement or give you a refund.

This applies to both our custom Herman gear and our golf accessories. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask you to.

Golf Accessories

Our golf accessories (gloves, towels, ball marker clips, groove brushes, ball retrievers and divot tools) can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition.

Contact us at contact@hackitsports.com before sending anything back. Please don't ship a return without contacting us first.
If your return is approved, we'll email you the return address and instructions.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive and check the item, we'll refund you to your original payment method.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. After that, it may take a few more days for the money to show up, depending on your bank or card provider.

Cancellations and Changes

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of ordering. We can only change or cancel an order before it goes into production. Once it's in production or has shipped, it can't be cancelled.
